MENTORING PROGRAM
One-on-one mentoring where students can receive mentoring from a college student or a professional in academics and the college application process.
A SUPPORT NETWORK
Our group of students will feel a sense of family in our program through the individualized attention and guidance they will receive from the board members, the facilitators, their mentors and their peers. Many of our students have called U4SJ a “familia” or family because we also create social opportunities to bond, such as our soccer tournament and team-building activities. We also follow up on students’ progress and provide them with information about additional scholarships and internship information.
